lizaBee Posted June 5, 2013 Report Share Posted June 5, 2013 (edited) Hey guys My friend bought a ticket with frontline and it still has not appeared however they say it was been sent around 2 weeks ago - they wont give her a ticket as they have " sent one " but should they give her one as we were told it would be registered post? TheHiddenPassenger Posted June 6, 2013 Report Share Posted June 6, 2013 If tickets still haven't showed up by the day you're leaving then I'd recommend printing off your ticket order confirmation and take that (and the card it was bought with +ID) to the box office on site, explain to them the situation and they should hopefully give you the ticket. I've heard a lot of people have had issues with Frontline so the box office will most likely already know of this situation and will have tickets in reserve for the people in advance.
