In an update to my previous posts regarding Villa and a takeover, apparently the interested party is Larry Ellison. Yeah, that guy, the fifth richest person in the world. $48billion fortune. Sooooooo..... Maybe we might get Klopp if thats true huh?

Think this is the stuff of wet dreams eh? But still, what a fucking dream.

Allrdyci is based on Allardyce saying in an interview about how great he is, and how the only reason he hasn't got a top job is because he is English. He said it would be different if he was named Allardyci instead.

Hence, at every oppurtunity, i refer to him as Sam Allardyci.

Kroos staying at Bayern next season

Kroos' agent Volker Struth confirms that the player will be staying at Bayern: "There has not been any official contract offer (from Manchester United). There is absolutely no need to table an official bid either because Toni will stay with Bayern Munich at least until 2015."

That list of things is way to simplistic to judge whehter a club is attractive to a buyer. For example Everton's main issue is not so much the need for a new ground but the difficulty they will have getting he permission to build one in a beneficial location. The last few years have been beset with rejected plans and fan opposotion to certain moves.

Villa don't really need a new ground, its over 40k plus theres plenty of room to expand and all the land nearby is owned, plus we have top facilities, top of the range training ground, nothing would need to be invested there, whatsoever.

The history is there also, former champions of Europe, all that is needed is investment in the squad and brand awareness worldwide. The US and Asian markets are the growth areas which would need reaching out to, Villa has already been doing this in US with this summer the 4th tour in 7 years I believe it is?

Plus based in Birmingham the second city, surely has to be attractive to buyers also.

Im not saying Everton aren't a good prospect for a potential takeover either, but Villa are up there surely?

What are people's view on the whole Jarvis saga? I commend the lad for staying on his feet and blame the ref for making a terrible decision. Blatant penalty why should you have to fall to the floor to win a penalty? it's ridiculous!

Also some of the ex pros saying he should have gone down, what's that all about? I despair at times of the state of elite football. We are encouraging players to dive, whether there is contact or not if you dive on the floor when you don't need to it is a dive. I don't understand it when people say it is not a dive if you get contact even though the player goes down when they could stay on their feet.

The people encouraging players to dive in this instance are the referees. The large majority of the time, even if a player has lost possession, he'd need to go down in the box to get a penalty. Advantage lost? Pfft. Who cares? Certainly not the referee.

FIFA, UEFA and respective associations need to stamp this sort of horrendous refereeing out. But they haven't cared before, so why would they now?

I have no problem with the player taking it into his own hands in these instances.
