luckysalt
Holy shit! Just heard about this, ref in Brazil stabbed a player after he wouldn't leave the field so the fans ran on the pitch, stoned the ref to death then chopped off his head! FUCK! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-23215676
LondonTom
Fulham have apparenly been put up for by Al Fayed, depending on who buys them it could make mid table interesting over the next few years....lots of teams trying to make the leap onwards to a Europe place atm. lost
If I was an Everton fan I would be a little concerned about Martinez tactic to take them to the next level, which appears to be to fill the squad with a load of players who played for the team who finished 18th in the premiership last season. RobertProsineckisLighter
QPR manager Harry Redknapp is lining up another reunion with striker Peter Crouch, 32. Crouch has played for Redknapp at Portsmouth twice, Southampton and Spurs, with Redknapp keen to bring him to former club QPR from Stoke
alex345
My favorite is Chelse, this team will definitely in next season.
mungo57
My choice to win the prem is Man Utd (if they can continue on from last year under the new manager).... Would love to see Watford doing well seeing as though we got done out of promotion this year by stupidity and pointless playoff systems! atomised
Fulham sale looks like its gone through. Be very interesting to see how that develops
pink_triangle
Looks at present like Cavanni is going to PSG, who would have thought a few years ago that it would be 2 french teams making the biggest moves in a summer transfer window. Its probably more hope than expectation but I would love if the moved pushed Ibra to the premiership as he is the player I would most like to see in the league. pink_triangle
Me too. City? They've only got two forwards now that Tevez is gone.
The Nal
The reports all seem to suggest city are focussed on Jovetic and Negredo. If Ibra came to England, surely it would be chelsea? Im sure Ibra and Jose have a good relationship.
RobertProsineckisLighter
Rivalry is still alive and well despite the gap between the two sides these days... http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/news/10547085.VIDEO_EXCLUSIVE__Builders_hide_Pompey_shirt_at_Saints_training_ground/ Might have been these guys.. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2001/jul/11/newsstory.sport4 I have it on good authority, that there is nothing under the pitch, but that there is in the board room wall. pink_triangle
Lots of people in this country seem to be getting very snotty about the likes of Falcao and Cavanni going to France for the money. The premiership has been attracting big stars by paying big money for years and I think its good that there are more financially competitive teams at the top and that talent is being spread across more clubs. The only way for a French team to compete at the top level is to throw money at players and I have no problem with this. The alternative is just to accept those leagues/clubs who are big now, are the ones who will be big forever. That concept seems very dull to me. pink_triangle
That's valuing rooney somewhere around 40 million, fantastic deal for man u. Surprised if chelsea want rid of Mata, not sure he would go to man u, suspect Madrid or Barca would be interested.

pink_triangle
It seems everyone apart from Moyes thinks its a good deal. Fabragas, Mata, and RVP in the same United team, people would have thought you'd gone mad if you talked about that a couple of years ago.
