ramragon
As Jacko seems to be as upbeat as ever about the festival weather this morning its probably time to start a thread to calm his shattered nerves ! With no talk of last years field covering superstructure gazebo he's obviously more confident than at this point last year. Early long range forecasts for the end of July are not to grim at this point, admittedly as a rule they struggle to get it right for 2 days time so not sure how valid the long ranger will be. Be confident...... no rain
sloaney007
I live half hr from the site and to say this weekend was mixed is a massive understatement. Friday I got sunburnt, saturday was bouncing rain and yesterday it was blowing a gale, so just typical cumbrian weather really!

Jacko450
Ramragon you git! A whole thread dedicated to mocking me I am upbeat this year but I can guarantee with two weeks to go I will be very worried.

ramragon
Just for you Jacko from the 5th June update, way too far out to be accurate July With pressure forecast to be a little lower than average across much of the British Isles during July, a wetter month is currently forecast. Some regional variations are likely though with eastern and southern regions perhaps the more likely to buck that trend. Temperatures close to the seasonal norm are expected.
