Vanderlyle
Can't see AF, FM and Kasabian happening. Too ok.
Bisque
If they do play I think Eavis should put it in their contract to prevent them playing that awful Velociraptor song. Edited December 26, 2013 by Couchy
eFestivals
Would Fleetwood Mac be a Sunday night headliner?I'm pretty sure they would have been in 2013 if they'd have played. My presumption is that they'd be Saturday headliner in 2014 if they're going to be playing - but that would be dependent on who the other headliner was, I guess. Matt42
My thoughts would be the arcade fire, kasabian, prince prediction. However we know how touch and go prince is. Would arcade fire, kasabian and radiohead please people? I think I'd cry that I didn't get tickets! Would be just as strong! Either way I'm gonna be sad I'm missing glasto this year, would love to see the most glastonbury band (arcade fire) taking the pyramid

What he will say is that the Fleetwood Macrumours are not accurate. "We're hoping to get them for 2015, but not next year"."

she bangs the drums
Going off his past record, that probably means they are actually headlining in 2014!
kalifire
I wasn't fussed about Fleetwood Mac so I'm actually quite pleased they're not headlining. That opens up Saturday to anyone rumoured. I'd be happy with Led Zep, Metallica, Prince or Kanye West. Probably in that order. Any of those would be amazing to watch, and more than one of the first three would surely destroy every other festival next year in terms of headliners. kalifire
I can't see Kasabian being there, I really can't. About a week earlier they're playing Victoria Park, promoting it as a 'massive homecoming gig', something really special (for them). Capacity? 35k. I don't see them doing something like that then one-upping themselves a few days later.

CHRLY
If it's kasabian and prince who would be on the Sunday, bearing in mind they try to put a more well known popular act on the Sunday to satisfy the local day trippers

mike46
I might be wrong, but I don't see how this interview makes it any more or less likely Kasabian will be playing? We've known for a while Fleetwood weren't playing!

DTichborne
I presumed they were definitely out when the news about cancelling dates because of the cancer scare came out. Not a massive fan but obviously I hope he's better soon and that they come next year for the many people that do want to see them.
