probably not by personal choice, tho I think it's possible I might not be given that personal choice.

It would depend what else was on. There's plenty of stuff I'd choose in preference, tho I don't dislike Elbow (tho i'm hardly what would be called a fan, either).

Elbow? YAWN. They do seem an obvious choice though so I don't mind. I'm hoping for one out of three Pyramid headliners that I actually want to see.

I saw them in 2011 but I don't think I'll see them again, not my cup of teaa.

If they headline tho surely there'd be a big loud dance artist on the other stage? Daft Punk? (joke)

This is fine with me. Nowt against Elbow or their fans, but not really my bag and especially not for the headline act. Will mean an easier choice for a headliner on West Holts stage now :-)

Unless it's someone who might "attract the wrong crowd", but other than the pope I fail to see how that could come to pass.

As far as "safe" headliners go, Elbow are the best I can think of and will go down a storm I'm sure, and it was bound to happen after the success of 2011. Good on them.
