We are talking like Sabrina, Chappell and Charli cost more than Lana + SZA + Pulp + The National. If they didn't book the three I think the reason is not money: 1. Different strategy with a more solid undercard; 2. Their teams didn't want to.

Yeah, Rosalia, Blur and Kendrick were also too expensive. Lana Del Rey, SZA and Pulp + The National... I heard exactly the same.   I'm not saying that the three will play Porto, but they have to sell 40k tickets and the competition in Portugal is fierce. The choices for headliners are very very important. 

I don’t, the scalpers work on getting in and getting the item to then resell. Getting a place in the queue where you don’t know where you are selling that and transferring it before the sale ends will only have a small window, and I don’t think that many people will be interested in that.
