Hmmm judging by your user name will this be a case of us sending you the money for a voucher, you going bankrupt and refusing to honour our vouchers? :sarcastic:

I wanted a silver wedding ring as I don't like gold , found a lovely plain one which cost €4.75!! It was proper silver too not a nickel mix or silver plated Cheapest wedding ring ever I'd say.

I just hope people don't mix him up with me now as they are very similar, he might be a good one but he is a Matt after all.

So my latest thing, I've got into kayaking and it's great I'm really enjoying it. Went out in the r**n the other day and got soaked so I even got a sacrifice in too.

Afternoon all, apologies for my absence over the weekend so far. Ended up pulling an all nighter Friday, finally went to bed at about 8.30 last night. Found a new supplier so had to roadtest product, bit like quality control I guess.

Am considering the pub later, although will see how i feel in a bit. There is a Bond film on too, so I may not leave the house!

Weather has been lovely, but bit bloody chilly. Lovely to see the sunshine though!!

Nice outside here. I'm pulling gripper rods, carpet tacks, and (fucking) staples out of the floor on my hall stairs and landing. I'll put that in as a sacrifice.

Sounds great fun Jeffie! NOT. Hope you get chance to reward yourself with a beer later.

I've put some washing outside as it's sunny. I also think we have a mouse living here, the cat brought one in the other night and dropped it, got bored, and wandered off. Mouse was last seen dashing under the sofa.... Cat keeps coming out of the second bedroom (storage room really, right mess) looking shifty. I think she's got the mouse held hostage in there.

Lovely evening here. I have just finished stamping the names of 80 wedding guests onto old spoons which we are using as place names (see photo below for the kind of thing I'm on about). I started the job about two weeks ago thinking it would be easier than it turned out to be. I'm happy with the result though and also glad that I did it myself. I previously made about 100 wedding invites by hand. The way I viewed it is that I wanted some more involvement in the whole process rather than just buying stuff off the shelf - which, it turns out, would have been cheaper and less time consuming. Still, I only intend to marry once so I'll not have to do it all again ever. Still haven't bought the ring though! Cutting it a little fine.

For those who are interested, our constantly w*nking friend is still with us. He's gone for at least another three since my last bulletin this morning. Basically, certain white powders give him the horn. It's quite funny really as my fiancee will occasionally shout out to him in the toilet to hurry up and finish off as we would like his company in the lounge.

He's lonely so he likes coming around here. He's gay but has never had a boyfriend. Historically he has preferred to get his jollies in dark rooms, but has just (the night before last) indicated for the first time that he'd now like a partner. Another reason he comes around is that he likes to avail himself of the free gear that we give him. I've known him for over 40 years and he's kinda like family.

It's true that I did get a bit girly about the wedding invites. I included also included a packet of seeds in each invite so that all 100 of them would plant them in their gardens - that's was the hippy in me kicking in there though.
