Blue Peter style, it's not very sticky, and gets those air bubbles in, along with stray hairs and fluff. I've got some greenhouse tape, for sealing cracked glass which is great, but not very wide so we'd need about 300 rolls to cover the entire ship. It's probably easier if we borrow a sack trolley and get someone to push us there.

Yup, kills off a lot of plot lines though.

Tying up the monster in any number of films - gaffa

Fixing the hole in the Titanic - gaffa

Taping the accelerator on Speed - gaffa

Sorting out the ISS in Gravity - yup - gaffa

You're forgetting how difficult it is to find the end of the tape, to then undo it, or how it then splits into 4 or 5 thinner slivers which peel off to the sides. Plenty of cliffhangers there. Is there a Glastonbury thread for Favourite Dr Who actor?

I had a roll of gaffer tape recently that didn't do that splitty thing. Quite amazing.

Just decided to add another festival to this years list.

I shall be going to Brew at the Bog near Inverness the first week in May and the weather can do whatever it likes. It can Piss down all weekend in exchange for a NFRNFC Glastonbury.

I got sent home from work yesterday for being ill, so spent most of the day asleep on the sofa! Feeling a bit better today.

Apparently it's meant to be sunny here too, although it was all foggy here this morning. Hopefully it is a test of Faith
