So could this be possible...

Biffy Clyro - Outkast & Calvin Harris - Arctic Monkeys

which actually looks alright, I would get a ticket

I also noticed Outkast have never really played live since 2001, so it seems weird that they're doing a massive tour now. However, I'm excited by the prospect of them playing! :king:

I just think statements like that can be taken with a pinch of salt, not to be over analysed like everyone does on this site.

Yes they may well headline every festival they play but i won't right them off playing as subs and 3rd spots at big festivals until they are announced for 40 festivals headlining.

This is Outkast that have Hey ya and what else? Not a hope of headlining. Also, f you ever listen to American bands speaking, a headline tour just means that tehy have at least one show where they are the main act of the evening. So if they headlined Tuts or even Transmissions that would be considered a headline tour. Septics are the masters of hype and self promotion.

Yeah I must've missed Outkast being a huge act in the UK, can't remember much other than Hey Ya and Ms Jackson doing well. Definitely will be the same kind of act as Phoenix, and what I'd imagine the Black Keys would be if they played. American headliners are very much different to UK headliners (just look at how high up UK headliners were placed at Coachella last year). Wouldn't be surprised if they were subbing the main/headlining Radio 1.

Maybe Outkast (just like Kasabian started doing) are demanding headline slots or nothing.

I think the whole Co-headline thing changes the question about Outkast headlining, argugbly you would have an act you really want but needs the ego boost of "headlining" but are slightly to small to do it. Call it a Co-Headline slot and get someone else of a normal size in to please your audience.

That could actually mean the "electronic" act isn't Calvin Harris and is someone properly massive world wide to go on after Outkast "headline".
