Also if T got Rolling Stones to sub headline on the Sunday it would be a strong line up, but it ain't gonna happen. I'm still hoping for a biggish name to be announced for the Sunday, still holding out hope on the gap on the top line.

Why do people keep saying about kasabian headlining the radio 1 stage? It won't happen they are to big for that

The only way they could play is if they play below Calvin harris and even then they'd need loads of persuading to knock down pharrell and Paolo which i doubt would happen. I see the acts being relatively unknown from now on with under 2 months until the festival

Right no one big is going to be announced now. Lets be realistic and the big slots are all filled up on the Sunday, no doubt about it

Would like to see Sub Focus, Janelle Monae, Travis, Pulled Apart By Horses and Band of Skulls all added. Not massive bookings, but would all add something to the line up.

Lana Del Rey's tour dates scream T in the Park though! I could imagine her being added to the saturday radio one stage somewhere

I imagine rita ora is probably playing too, she was only announced for V yesterday so maybe she held back tour dates.

That's Radio 1 Big Weekend. The promotion they get from that is worth their time to headline the 2nd stage (against Katy Perry as well). They're headlining Glasto for crying out load! That as big as you get in terms of size of bands. They are straight up headliners for every other festival in the UK, no doubt about it.

Also I've said this a few times....THERE ARE NO MORE BIG SLOTS LEFT TO FILL PEOPLE!!
