To get pre sale code you needed to pre order the new album through arcade fires own website. Think it was only for a set time as well. You got a code that can be used for any gig on their world tour, but only once and only for two tickets.

I pre-ordered the Vinyl + CD bundle from their site some time ago.

I have a code from emails for the U.S. gigs they announced and will try that I guess. Those emails do say you can use the code for any date.

However, I don't have an email about the Glasgow date. Any idea when the pre-sale is? Searching Ticketmaster there are no dates listed under Arcade Fire or The Reflektors.

Correct. I got the days of the week wrong. Presale apparently Thursday, and general on Friday.

im hoping the presale is just so many tickets put by and not just until everyone with a code (bought the album) has tickets.

Presale codes are only for a limited amount of tickets set aside, this is the same for any gig.

unfortunately i'd love to see them live but dont bother enough about them to preorder the album.

I think it's likely to be lesser names actually. I can see Tinie Tempah playing third from last on main stage, probably behind a twosome of Bruno Mars and whoever the big Saturday headliner is.

I can see Ryan Lewis and Macklemore get a good billing. Maybe even headline the Radio One stage. That sort of thing.
