The fellow I mentioned early that said about Biffy be announced next friday has said that he can't tell me anymore because he's not suppose to know that. His friends dad works for DF concerts is how he got the info supposedly and he said that their will be more rock there next year.

Which makes me believe that he really doesn't know anything, but I will see if I trust him by next friday...

The sizes of Rihanna and Drake arent really comparable in that respect either tbf, plus, your Gagas, Timberlakes, Perrys who are all bigger can still come along with a summer based tour, when next years stadium tours get announced in the next month or two everyone will have a better idea then.

Yeah I think the whole next Friday rumours may be true, just not from reliable sources.

But his show at The Hydro isn't even close to selling out. If he can't sell out a 14,000 capacity arena then can he really sell out a 85,000 capacity struggling festival?

Why not? In 10 they clashed with Pendulum which is pretty much the same thing. Pendulum were awesome

3 years just doesn't seem long enough and one of the main reasons folks are drifting away is because they've seen it all before and the rest of the line up was sub standard dross and pop

Arctics does seem quite recent for a repeat headliner but 3 years seems to be the norm for a lot of festivals these days plus they have grown in size since they last headlined

Drake will not headline mainstage at TITP, people can quote me on that at a later date if it comes true but it wont, he is barely even a sub even the 3 we had the last 2 years can sell out arenas near enough on the day of release and the only reason he could possibly headline 2nd is because Beady Eye did this year but I feel that was more to do with Geoff bending over to Liams ego

Also I think the Friday thing is bollocks aswell I reckon the 2nd or 3rd of Dec is when we'll hear the first act/s

Also Red Day I'll be at QOTSA next sat, looking at their recent setlists I cant wait for it

Weren't Stone Roses announced 7th November? I kind of feel T will announce headliners earlier this year in hope of gaining some interest(regarding the headliners are good, that is), so next Friday doesn't seem too unlikely

Think Biffy headlining would mean a trip this year! They are incredible live, and I had such a blast last year at T, even though the lineup wasn't the best.
