All though they were better than I expected , they did not in my opinion nail it!

Primal we're better but they didn't nail it either , primal needed more visuals , i expected it to go off when swastika eyes came on ,full strobes and light show didn't happen.

I know others felt the same , the younger crowd don't know enough of their back catalogues and the older ones are looking after their kids.

I still had a great weekend just it wasn't like James last year was it !

I think I enjoyed the Charlatans because I wasn't expecting much after all the negative comments on here about their live performances.

Agree with the comments about Primal Scream. Felt they lost some of the audience half way through, but they managed to turn it around by playing the favorites at the end.

Thought the Charlatans were pretty dull. A bit flat throughout (perhaps the rain had something to do with it).

Bassment Jaxx blew them out of the water atmosphere wise (and I'm not even a Bassment Jaxx fan).

Yeah, I'd go for nailing it. Makes a massive difference when they do a greatest hits set. Top. Best headliner for me.

I love the Charlatans, a few years ago they did one of my favourite ever gigs.

At the weekend I thought they were utterly uninspiring. As opposed to Basement Jaxx who I would change channel on the radio to get away from, who were great.

Odd isnt it.
