General Lee
Come on, I don't think a song has ever been as appropriately named as Awful Sound - turgid shit that seems to go on forever. Flashbulb Eyes and You Already Know are the other mis-steps on Reflektor. Has Porno been played anywhere? That song's really grown on me. CHRLY
I actually really like the duo of awful sound into it's never over. Porno has never been played I don't think, my personal favourite on the album but I could see it being a bit of a dud live after listening to the album again yesterday. Babyquack
They've only ever done Porno acapella and even then it's like a minute intro to Afterlife normally. They did it on a small handful of The Reflektors dates last year. Had the privilege to hear Win do it at the Roundhouse. Oh my was it beautiful even if it was just a minute snippet. Easily my favourite song from the album!
CHRLY
Ohh yeh! Completley forgot we got it at blackpool as well! Was a great moment. Also this is random but I think I've worked out my top 5 af songs after destroying their discography to the max after glasto. 1) Tunnels 2) Suburban War 3) (Antichrist Televison Blues) 4) power Out 5) Old Flame P.S that is my pathetic attempt at trying to turn this thread into a crazy list thread Edited August 23, 2014 by CHRLY

In The Backseat it's a farce that the latter two aren't / haven't been live staples (or just that i haven't and probably will never get to see them live)

stuartbert two hats
I'm not writing a list (at least not now), but I am fairly amazed that Wake Up hasn't made an appearance yet and Sprawl II is only on one list so far.

Intervention 4. Joan of Arc 5. Neighborhood #2 (Laika) Sprawl II just missing out to give The Suburbs some representation
Zoo Music Girl
I'm not surprised by the omission of Wake Up from most people's lists. I do love it, but I've heard it too much. Anyway, here's mine - not exactly original or imaginative! And sorry, it's just too hard to choose between the "car" songs: Power Out Tunnels Antichrist Television Blues Rebellion No Cars Go/Keep The Car Running Not even sure that's the correct order. I still really like it on record but other songs easily surpass it for me. But not having Tunnels on the list? That is an unforgivable crime. Amy Lawn
1. In The Backseat 2. Tunnels 3. Haiti 4. Mountains Beyond Mountains 5. Rebellion Haiti rocketed up there after Glastonbury, Wake Up narrowly missing out, (ATB) and No Cars Go are clearly also stormers.
bocumaroy
Top 5 is almost impossibly hard. 1. Power Out 2. Intervention 3. Tunnels 4. (ATB) 5. Sprawl II Wake Up probably wouldn’t make my top 30 (I’ve done that somewhere, I think), but it’s perfect live as a set-closer. Edit: Changed my mind. Needed some Regine.
