Probably one of the first songs that got me into them, could have been a staple like No Cars Go had done if they placed it on a latter album

Headlights is one of my favourite songs by 'em too, so I'll happily have it played at Glastonbury

Will they want us all to wear formal cloths like they asked on their tour? I don't fancy taking a Tux to Glastonbury to be honest.

I'd like it if they asked (obviously not told) people to wear fancy dress or formal dress at glasto - always fun at bestival.

I thought this but they don't tend to play that long for their own gigs. When I saw them in manchester in 2011 they only played 17 songs I think, and that was an arena show

yeah i hope they beef up their shows on this tour - especially with the reflektor songs being long - they should be approaching the 2 hour mark

So I've been gorging myself on Arcade Fire live youtoob vids... couple of observations so far:

- The violin player(S) are hot!

- The drummer looks like Dr Perry Cox from Scrubs

And it seems the lady with the curly long hair can't really sing that well live!

Just been watching a few videos of the blackpool gig. The new songs did work very well in a venue as small as that, I just hope songs like we exist just don't sound dull infront of a field full of 100,000 people

This discussion has been had many a time on here and I'm yet to be proved wrong. To me they are not big enough, I know they headlined Leeds/Reading a few years ago but hardly drew a massive crowd by all accounts. If you ask your average punter to name an Arcade Fire song they won't be able to.

Crucially the last time they played Glastonbury they slated it afterwards.

They are definitely good enough though and better than most headliners we get, so hopefully I may get proved wrong one day, with the National subbing!
