Ride from manchester?

My buddy and I are visiting from New York and will be hitting creamfields - unfortunately, I can only get shuttle tickets shipped to my cc billing address, and won't be in NY to receive them. Can anyone offer up two seats from Manchester? Will compensate you and buy beers. Message me or reply.

A train to warrington is only a few quid each and a taxi from their to the site is around 8 quid

There are shuttle buses leaving Sackville street bus station (very central location and easy to find - next to a Yates bar and across from China Town, next to the Gay Village) the first one leaves around 9 and then it's roughly every 2 hours until about 5. You could probably get away with paying on the bus on the day, we saw people do this last year. The later buses (1pm onwards) are pretty empty. It's £6 there and £6 back. Better than getting ripped off in a taxi who will take advantage of you and you would have to get a taxi back whic will be near IMPOSSIBLE and they could as as much as £80-100 back to Manchester.

As a previous poster has mentioned, you could get the train. If you are near to Piccadilly train station then this would be a good idea. If not there is a Metrolink that takes you right in to the Station. It's very easy to navigate around the station and someone will put you on the right train and tell you when to get off.

I would recommend the shuttle bus, simply because you know you have a guaranteed way home. I hope this helps!

I wouldn't say it's every 2 hours.. I'd say they come more regular than that!
