Anyone go out there this year?

Been thinking about going late september like 26-1st october for cocoon closing and we love space closing

Thinking may aswell get all inclusive and cane the drinks at the hotel..Amnesias 59euros entry and about 18euros for a single vodka!

Not this year, no. I have been to ibiza once after benicassim in 2006. I am glad i have been, even though its not and never has been my 'scene'. Its a beautiful island with loads more than just the bars and clubs. I found a really cool hippy market where i was served what i am fairly sure was some very special tea and some of the quieter beaches (as well as the busy ones) were incredible. I agree that drinking before entering the club is a good idea - we opted for 59p cans of san miguel (at that time) from the supermarket close to our hotel. Hopefully the clubs still allow you re-entry with a stamp so if you do feel like you fancy a few more beverages you haven't wasted your entry fee. Silly silly prices which i never saw anybody pay. On the opposite end of the scale though the bars stick about quarter a bottle of spirit in with a tiny measure of mixer....well, they did back then.

I gotta do it one day but i'll do it when i can actually afford to rather than making myself broke for the rest of the year!

It doesn't appeal to me in my head though, really high addmision/drink prices, overcrowded sweaty clubs, full of posers.

Went to croatia this summer and that was spot on - just minus the dj's. the clubs were mostly open air, wasn't no more expensive than a night out in bristol and had a good vibe. Beautiful country as well.

Ive got a couple of mates who go to Ibiza all the time (3 times this year so far). One of them is pretty loaded and thinks nothing of doing in 4 grand in 3 days, last time he went, he paid a grand for a bed/sofa in the VIP area of Pacha for the day. Utter mentalness. Its completely beyond my means, but dance music does my head in so I'll likely never go.

I just got back from prague also it was a lot of fun! berlin has a mental nightlife.. their normal clubs are big underground clubs. I heard from a few travellers that Bratislavia is meant to be like going back in a time machine so i missed it out.

the thing is i can imagine if im in the club from midnight till 6am I'll get bored not drinking and endup gving in and buying a 10quid beer or something lol

There any bars/pubs near amnesia? i had a look on google maps but couldnt tell
