justanothername
Ah I'd become bored of Green Day anyway so I'm happy there was no more.
Babyquack
Eat Raw Meat = Blood Drool was one of their set highlights for me also, you shouldn't complain with Green Day playing a Who cover - that's much more special than Wake me up... They're never going to play that again, while they will play Wake me up...
devilman
I got fed up of green day too. Went and got food and beer and to see if anything else was on. It wasn't so I went back to the tent. I did see the who cover though. That bored me too. After a point all the songs just sounded the same with "lets go crazy" and all the other oft repeated crowd instructions getting really old really quick. I'm a bit gutted about how little they did for me as I used to love their stuff and they've been a must see for years.

Com Truise
I thought the exact opposite! I thought that is was pretty bad and I only went there to see Modestep and I went to the Rock Stage once to see Crossfaith and the rest was at the Main Stage! I loved the line up on it! justanothername
I loved the music on the NME but the main reason I preferred it was the atmosphere, I think I'll always prefer a tent to an outdoor stage.
The Placid Casual
Off the NME, I saw Wavves, FIDLAR and Imagine Dragons. Wavves didn't impress me, FIDLAR were flawless, and I gave his hair a ruffle when Cocaine was played, and Imagine Dragons were fantastic. I never expected to like them

joshi
What was the crowd like for surfer blood if anyone watched them? I'm really into them but they seem to have dropped down a bit and even then they were only playing 300 sized venues out of london
Muppetmark
Did you stand with Stefanie? Or did you stand at opposite sides so you had more room to dance? In all seriousness, how big was the crowd? I've hardly come across anyone who saw them.
