Gucci Piggy
Personally speaking muse were awesome live in those early days and have steadily got worse. On the other hand radiohead live have only improved since the bends. Although most of my judgement is from videos (only seen them both in the last 5 years), I'd agree. Although Muse improved from The Resistance tour to The 2nd Law tour, definitely.
Gucci Piggy
Origin>Showbiz>Absolution BHAR is half good too Yeah that's probably what I'd say right now, and I agree about BHAR.
Asdaprice
Showbiz and Origins are both amazing and hard to compare for me. But yeah I reckon Reading will be keeping a close eye on the chilis set at IOW this year to see if they are worth rebooking. Then I guess at this moment in time I'd predict... Chilis, Mumfords (sorry guys) Prodigy

Asdaprice
Mumfords would be a great booking for reading/leeds, just not for forum members. I agree, I think all 3 would get a lot of punters in. It would probably be what I would book if muse were busy to break up repeating headliners
dentalplan
Not really. Mumford's time in the sun will be over by the time they're back from their hiatus.
thetime
Not really. Mumford's time in the sun will be over by the time they're back from their hiatus. Can't see it, they play the touring game to perfection.
Gucci Piggy
On the topic of Showbiz, I had Papillon playing through my iPod dock, then put Showbiz in my laptop which is connected to the same speakers, and now it's playing Papillon and Sunburn together and it sounds banging. Asdaprice
Not really. Mumford's time in the sun will be over by the time they're back from their hiatus. Doubt it. I think this break will do them favours more then anything.
Gucci Piggy
From where I'm standing, Mumford have been forgotten about already. Haven't seen them mentioned since Glastonbury.
Asdaprice
From where I'm standing, Mumford have been forgotten about already. Haven't seen them mentioned since Glastonbury. Because they've been on a break and aren't doing anything.
Gucci Piggy
Because they've been on a break and aren't doing anything. Yeah I get that, but you still tend to see people talking about a band that's headline sized, even when they're not active. Muse/Radiohead/RHCP/The Prodigy, etc., still do when they're not active. dentalplan
Well they already seem to be having a backlash after opening the door for bands like The Lumineers to annoy people worldwide so now I couldn't see folk still being an in thing when they're back touring in about 2016. R+L certainly won't have them - bands like them, Coldplay, Keane have their one or two appearances lower down but as they grow, they become less what the festival's about.
