Com Truise
QOTSA, Paramore and Biffy are next years Glasto headliners
Asdaprice
No other fest gives a dogs shit about paramore in the uk. Qotsa will probably headline a SONISPHERE or something.
dentalplan
QOTSA won't be back next year but they're firmly in Download and Soni's crosshairs which is a good thing I suppose.

Spud001
John Giddings practically admitted that he didnt have the balls to give Biffy a headline slot so let's other festivals test them out first. If either Paramore or QOTSA go down well he'll be sure to ride off RnLs risk in the next years Edit: It was in that interview wih Vice by the way Edited March 9, 2014 by Spud001
lightning1000
Also paramore usually tour the us in the summer and come here late summer/autumn so they're not usually available for t or iow. If they got a headline offer it might be worth their time
Com Truise
I think it'll be good if they both get headline slots at UK festivals next year, Queens at DL/Soni, Paramore at IOW/T.
Asdaprice
Yeah that is one thing I am praising about reading actually, being one of the only major fests to try out new headliners. Glasto used to do it quite abit too. All the others just rinse and repeat.
dentalplan
Then each would be doing their third summer off of one album. They can have a year off next year, I'll allow them to. Also I read that thing about Giddings only booking bands that've headlined elsewhere. That's why his festival is off down the shitter. VCK
Going by the supposed 2014 line-up, I can see something like this next year: Mumford & Sons Robin Thicke Bastille The Strypes The Black Keys The Vaccines Two Door Cinema Club Palma Violets The Prodigy Bring Me The Horizon A Day To Remember We Are The In Crowd It's going to be utter w*nk. dentalplan
Arcade Fire. Just putting it out there. When they're announced you can say you heard it from me first Search Arcade Fire on the 'search topic' bar. I think most are in agreement that two years on the road would be a bit much with young families and all that, so they won't play.
rafflesia
No other fest gives a dogs shit about paramore in the uk. Couldn't Paramore headline some other festival in 2012 but decided to take sub spot at R&L? At least that's what Melvin said.

Asdaprice
I've revised my 2015 prediction since yesterday Florence and the machine Two Door Cinema Club Chvrches Red Hot Chili Peppers Bastille Twin Atlantic Prodigy Pendulum All Time Low
Matt42
The Black Keys to co-headline with someone like Foals Maybe Reading will have the balls to book the Chilli's if IOW sells well Florence + The Machine (following the love of female headliners). Imagine if the co-headline goes down so well this year that they make it a standard thing for the friday night Edited March 11, 2014 by Matt42

Haha I know, I was just joking I'd say they will play a few shows next year though - not a tour per say though, more just a show here, a show there - only example I can give is like Muse did in 2011. I disagree that there won't be any shows next summer but it won't be a tour if you know what I'm getting at?
