I know his name didn't pop up on the whole website thing, but was just thinking it was a bit odd that Frank Turner's got a new album out this year and has been announced for barely any UK festivals (his exclusion from the T line up surprised me) so maybe Reading have him as an exclusive in a higher up slot or possibly NME headline? Seemed certain to me he'd be there this year yet now not so sure.

Perhaps reading too much into this, but if they were being announced tomorrow they'd surely mention that rather than their Wednesday announcement? Some people said they suggested they're playing Slam Dunk on their tour, so maybe just there and not R&L.
