Twin are supposedly slotting in between Rebel Sound and Catfish.

I think we've all resigned ourselves to it being Alt J therefore it could be literally anything else and be more exciting

Is it known if the special guest is actually being announced tomorrow?, I'd be a little surprised if it wasn't!

I'd guess so too, especially if it's Alt J, no sense in holding them back when they've been announced for plenty in the last week.

I haven't seen anything they have been announced for apart of BBC Radio 1's Weekend. I still don't get them subbing but there you go.

While we're on Alt J. As obvious as it is that they're subbing I'm really hoping that it isn't them; nothing really against them but they seem to be playing every festival under the sun; it'd be an incredibly boring booking. An actual SPECIAL GUEST would be good.

But it's Alt J so meh, I'll be watching Alvvays or whoevers on at the same time.

Yeah but that doesn't majorly matter, it's sold out and was going to easily so only a portion of who weren't going got to on top of that.

I still don't think you can rule out The Prodigy for it but I won't be shocked if it is Alt-J.

Big Weekend tickets are essentially handed out like raffle tickets so you could make a similar argument.

I suspect there is nowhere near as many available and they are done on area code basis as priority so I'm not sure you actually can. They'll get a smaller set there too, very different to a Glasto booking imo.

Either way, with 50+ coming I'll be surprised if the special guests isn't there, checking my phone on the wifi quickly is out the window although like many I'm hoping for a later tonight leak.
