dentalplan
Yeah it sounds like you should see Seether if that happens.
tyranicide
I'd say Royal Blood, but I'm biased because I prefer th em over Seether. Although if they clash Seether might get a pretty small crowd, where as Royal Blood will get a huge one
lukezs
Why does everyone think it'll be Foals on Saturday? I hope this is the case.
oneoftherest
It won't be Leeds which is annoying
devilman
Royal Blood are good but Seether are better. I've seen them both twice in the last year, I can't believe that you haven't seen either of them. This is unacceptable and shoddy behaviour. lightning1000
Seether are a south African Bush. I like them but the fake Kurt cobain singing really annoys me. There is no way that their natural singing voice is a nasal northwest USA drawl.

Chavmeisterdeluxe
Not exactly secret set worthy are they? I think it'll be Foals, day after the album is released isn't it?
dentalplan
But there isn't necessarily going to be a secret set. Nothing has been officially said that points towards it.

dentalplan
... Not doubting there will be a Foals secret set, it's just people are talking about it like there is a Glasto-style 'special guests' on the lineup to be filled when there ain't. Could just be some shitters being added to the line up late on - we already know the lineup on the website isn't the complete thing bc those Futuresound winners aren't there. 6daviesdr
First band on nme start at 1.30, gives room for a band before. Foals in london on weds and fri Where on earth did you get 1.30pm start from?.. Clashfinder points towards a 12.40 time for nothing but theives. Still definitely leaves enough time for another band and I'd agree with it looking to be foals. No idea where you pulled that time from though.. cragzy
Foals are free after the 28th until the 4th September
6daviesdr
I know that clashfinder is all educated guessing based on previous years, not legitimate times. But i doubt you'd be looking at over an hour and a half missing from nme when that day is only 1 band short was all i was saying. Making the 12.40ish time on the clashfinder probably more realistic than the 1.40pm time, which is why i asked where it came from.
dentalplan
At least that should mean Foals play both sites then. Unless, of course, the newsletter said "...unless you're at Leeds, in which case see you at 12".
6daviesdr
Wait and see then. Changeover would be 30 mins. First band end at 1pm meaning a 12 start and hour set. If it is foals and they do have an hour set, fair enough. If not and it's some small band then re clashfinder would be more accurate. I know they're bigger, but green day started much earlier than that when they 'secretly' opened nme a few years ago to accommodate their set length.
