that Noel can easily keep on doing his solo-work, can't be said for Beady Eye though...

Regarding the 'feud', I should have been clear there was obviously some crap c.2009, because I don't believe they would have cancelled gigs as a PR stunt, even those two aren't big enough dickheads to do that.

I was talking about it from the immediate aftermath to the present day. All the interviews etc. I don't believe there's any genuine bad feelings between them.

I think its more the media speculating and constantly asking them about their relationship and their thoughts on the band. Noel is trying to distance himself from it and Liam is simply leaving the door wide open. I genuinely believe they'd both be happy to just get on with their other projects for now.

I have no doubt they'll be back together in the next few years. They've always had fall outs throughout their lives. This was just the worst yet.

cant see oasis playing this year, possibly next year for the WTSMG anniversary. I think both Beady Eye and NGHFB will play at some point over the weekend this year. Beady Eye on the other stage Friday and Noel subbing the Saturday headliner on the pyramid..

many years ago { early 90's } at the Phoenix or could have been at Reading - all I know was it was a weekend festival - it was the first day and I was working in the VIP Bar { that is what they were called in those days } and we were setting up and four jokers walked in early - walked past the sign saying ' we are open from 11am ' - anyway they were banging on the counter as staff were shifting stock about - I stopped pointing to the sign and told them to come back later - they all turned except one guy who asked me ' Do you know who I am ? ' - I said - I really don't care who you are - the bar is closed and you will not get a drink - At this point this guy went ballistic - ' I am Liam Gallagher you fucking bastard and if you don't give us a drink I will get you the sack ' - well as I said the bar is closed and you will not get a drink - he was screaming at this point - but why ? - well its dead simple - the bar does not have electricity so even if Jesus Christ walked in he still could not get a pint of lager/cider as we have no power at the pumps - But you must have electricity - yes we do but its not hooked up and festival Promoters will not allow us to hook up ourselves - anyway he stormed off - went to his Manager and told him to get the Scottish guy fired.

Well they tried but the WBC were having none of it - later on Noel Gallagher came in and asked to speak to me and he apologised for his brothers behaviour - I told him not to worry as I am used to w*nkers who think they own the place so I was not upset at all - very nice guy.

All weekend Liam would not come into the bar if I was working and at later events I have never seen him again.

By the way now that they have got bigger they put a rider in their contract - No VIP/Guest bar is allowed to sell drink 20 minutes before they go on stage until 20 minutes after they leave the stage and that is at any festival.

Not sure if that is to upset the WBC or upset the guests but I know the guests really do get pissed off - does not bother me at all as that means we can send the staff out to watch them play and we warn Customers the bar will be closed at a certain time so they know to stock up.

needless to say ever since then Liam Gallagher has not sent me a Christmas card - I am so upset.
