Yeah that's what I reckon too. Little test the water showcase. Bloody hope the tour is September and not October when I'm on holiday... or November again. Seems apt. It'll be bloody O2 again though won't it.

I was discussing this with a friend yesterday, basically unless they do a lot of days somewhere else (Ally Pally sized other than there though is hard to find), do a Radiohead and frustrate a lot of people, it is going to be the O2 .

NY gig 2 weeks before Glastonbury

I saw them at Ally Pally and the O2 on the last tour. O2 gets the stick on here but the sound was way better there. I was standing at both gigs, pretty close, and enjoyed the O2 gig so much more than Ally Pally. Am I bad?

LCD, The National, Arcade Fire and Radiohead (sort of, if you count the 2nd disc of the OK Computer reissue) all releasing new albums this year. I think my heads going to fall off.

I wasn't at the O2 so I can't compare the 2 gigs but generally speaking, I prefer the O2. I'm not a fan of either venue tbh but I guess there isn't much choice for bands when they get to that size!

Noticed yday they're playing in Hamburg (over an Aaron Dessner curated weekend or something) in mid October. Couple of weeks before Pitchfork Paris. We're so getting tour dates soon.

Wow I absolutely love that. A lot more immediate and catchy than I was expecting. Hope this catches on before the festival as I can see that chorus being a huge sing along moment.
