I thought the atmosphere didn't really come across on screen either but where I was, everyone seemed to be enjoying it, particularly one guy shouting his adoration for Matt.

Could be hitting Manchester AGAIN in the summer according to James' guitarist. Organisers have denied Morrissey but don't appear to have denied The National!

Yeah me too. I assume it means they're gonna add another two nights, seems to be more like a series of gigs than a festival. And I've never been to a gig there, but it's just an outdoor amphitheatre by a canal, so a sort of nice setting (for Manchester) but the sound might be shitty

Have to confess I've never seen live music there but I go past it twice a week on the train to Manc. Courteeners played there last year and I've heard nothing but good reviews about the venue itself.

I think when I looked pixies were on Thursday and James on Friday so I think they may do Saturday and Sunday as well
