forums outgoing emails issue

An issue with the emails that (in certain circumstances) the forums send out has been discovered, which is currently being investigated. This issue has existed for around 2 days.

This is affecting emails to do with registration, account validation, private messages, and more.

When the issue is fixed (hopefully very soon), the emails that are currently queued up for sending should get sent.

A fix is now in place so that newly generated emails will be sent out.

Unfortunately, the queued up emails are still queued up; when the issue is properly fixed these queued emails will get sent.

The queued up emails have now been sent out, so the issue is resolved.
