Me and my friend are going to Reading next year. I will get in no problem, but if my friend doesn't, is there anything we can do? Is it hard to sneak in etc. And are they strict on ages? Thanks

16 year olds don't have ID. You might have a NI card but why would you take that to a festival?

More or less but I haven't done the same so I dunno. There will be tens of thousands of boys and girls aged 15-20 going in so I doubt they'll be stopping whole groups to check if they're 16 and stuff.

Not necessarily, they have made a bigger effort to cut down on this over past 2 years.
