Ah yes that makes more sense! Apologies. It's fairly standard, acts cross over all the time at festivals/multi-strage concerts and I'd imagine that their priority is making sure the main stage acts get decent crowds rather than it being fair on the samll acts. It does look like they're trying to make sure that for a least some of the main stage sets there's nothing on elsewhere. In general it appears that most of the lower stage sets are timed to coincide with the gaps on the main stage which is usual.

has anyone been here before who can comment on how rigorous the searches will be. I see that bottled water can be brought in which means that other similar couloured liquids can be brought in. However will they be checking every bag and pocket before entry. I remember going to the new wembley for a gig and having an eloborate plan to bring in hidden drink only to find that they were not bothered to search bags etc

Has anyone else NOT got their tickets for this yet? specifically the Libertines? I got them in the presale and I'm still waiting on them, as I'm travelling down from Edinburgh on the Friday i'm getting a bit wary, I phoned them on Monday and the only advice they could give was that they can put tickets behind the box office for me but only 48 Hours before the gig. I'm just wary if I phone up and get tickets set aside for me, that my original ones will arrive and be cancelled, going to the box office seems a hassle if my original ones do turn up. Bit of a joke the time its taken considering I got them the exact same day as my mate who has had time to receive his and sell them on in the time its taken mine to actually turn up.

Any help appreciated guys!

We are driving from Grimsby and are parking at Stanmore carpark and getting the tube, (Next to the carpark.) To Marble Arch, (On the corner of Hyde Park.) My friend swears by this route.
