Would I ridiculous in hoping for the Foo Fighters and QOTSA co-headlining one of the days?! Could happen couldn't it?

It's just that Queens don't seem to be down as a Reading 'UK exclusive' which, if they were, you would have thought Reading would make more of a thing about. And Queens don't seem to be playing anywhere else in the UK this summer, unless I've missed something!

They are down as an exclusive for R+L, but also they're in the US doing shows on each of the BST weekends.

Foo Fighters' plans are much more of a mystery but if they do end up playing European shows this summer - which in itself might be unlikely - then BST seems like a good shout for any UK date.

Foos will still be good with a strong support. The bookers for the Sabbath day obviously seem to know what they're doing, so it has potential.

I saw them post Albion yesterday which made me think something was going on. I'm doubtful though, Carl looks to be setting up his band and Babyshambles have a load of tour dates, which would encroach on their practicing time massively.
