Main Square Festival 2014

Does anyone know when details for this will be announced, and any rumours? A guy on the Download forums reckons Metallica on the Friday...

We went in 2010 and plan to return in 2014.

A little bit disappointed Pearl Jam weren't announced today when announced for Werchter.

Apparently the can't announce anything until Monday, which suggests there may be an announcement on Monday

Doubt it'll be Metallica, they said on their website that they'd announced all their dates.

According to Zegut, Ghost, Mastodon and Iron Maiden will be there on the same day.

Went to this a few years ago with my pals. Great weekend. Would probably consider going again if the lineup was half as good as it was that year.

First batch of bands announced today. Confirmed it is also a 4 day festival.

I'm so happy to go to the Main square festival this year, but it's the first time for me si I've a few questions...

I'm wondering how it is possible to arrive there?

Do you think I should come by car or by train? Does the Citadelle is free and easy access? I'm coming from Belgium si it is not so far from Arras but I would like to have some informations about the journey.

I booked a ticket for 3 days, do you think it's better to arrive thursday night or friday in the morning?

I have a last question... Does the campingsite is safe for three young girls?

Hey guys,

Really want to go for the Friday of Main Square (mostly for the Black Keys and Imagine Dragons).

Does anyone know the best place to get cheap travel to and from Arras? Mainly interested in train travel because it tends to be quicker, but I'd consider anything really!
