I think the reason why V fest has been declining in sales is because more teens choose R&L, it's a bit unfashionable to say you're going to V fest.

I can't personally see the 1975 playing but that's not off any proof, it's from the fact they've been touring since the end of 2012 onwards, so i'm guessing they probably want a break.

Maybe swap 1975 with tom jones actually.

Id say if V were to have a DJ sub headline they would go after Bruno to finish the night off. Also dont see Courteeners headlining second stage. A lot less pop than the last 2 years though.

Without quoting other posts, I could maybe see Prodigy co-headline like they are doing at IOW, but not headline the second stage. Maybe Bruno and Prodigy rather than Calvin

Can see reading nabbing James Bay early, but I think Courtneers are a good shout for second stage headliners, especially up against Bruno or Calvin

If they are co-headlining then I expect Bruno to play before Calvin

sam smith will probs play third down on MainStage, if the headliners are Kasabian, Calvin/Bruno that's pretty good going for V.. probably the best they can hypothetically get. It'l sell better than 2014 I reckon...

I think Sam Smith could follow on from Tom Odell and make it to 4th main, maybe even 3rd. If V get James Bay I could see him playing the same slot Tom Odell and Sam Smith played the last 2 years, half way up second stage.
