It's still looking a bit slim by number of acts though. The clashfinder has Sunday music starting at 3pm which can't be right.

Oh and they have confirmed in a Facebook comment that the stage splits are coming next week. Hopefully the map will come too.

My comment was defo due to more to see, Saturday is very bare on what I'd see

Jess Glynne has cancelled for vocal chord surgery.

Wonder if we will get the replacement with the additional names that are due soon.

Ella Henderson looks to have cancelled too. The line up was already small and now it's getting smaller. The monster that is Glastonbury still has masses of more acts.

Really hoping that the enxt acts announcment is actually a big one with more than just small bands I have never heard of.

Geoff Ellis was looking for a more boutique festival from now on. Which sort of explains why it's getting smaller. I think he is looking for another Wickerman festival.

That's quite a business plan - boutique festival for the price of a premium one.

Gotta admire his business savvyness

Considering the majority of antendees are teens looking to get off their face, I can't see that going down well.

Since a lot of artists make less money on album sales they tend to charge more now for playing at festivals. Sunday does look bare which can't help ticket sales for that day. Or maybe that they've spent a lot getting the prodigy and Noel on the Sunday that has meant less acts on the Sunday.

It doesn't help that 2 acts have cancelled that would have attracted the same crowd for both.

Surely there's loads more expensive headliners than The Prodigy and Noel?! That would never be a legitimate reason for less acts this year.

The Prodigy do seem to be very expensive for an act that's not been in the mainstream for nearly 20 years..

Of course Glasto has more acts. It's Glasto. If you compare absolutely any festival to it, it looks weak.
