Transmissions is in BBC Introducing because the Inteoducing line up is only ever over Saturday and Sunday. They did this last year, got rid of the Transmissions stage, and did it for one day in the BBC Introducing tent. So yeah, they're cutting down stages, but it's not a new thing

Looks like Years & Years have moved from Sunday to Saturday then based on the splits just released.

Gutted about this. I have a Sunday day ticket and they were at the top of my list. Makes me wonder how long they've known about this and they've kept it from ticket buyers to bulk out the (already) lacklustre Sunday lineup.

Sunday was already looking a bit bare, so with Enter Shikari and Years and Years moving to the saturday what on earth is going to happen? Not starting til 3/4 perhaps?

Not a chance. They charge the same for Sat/Sun and advertise it as starting at the same time each day (12pm) so there should be equally long entertainment on both days (bar the later license on Saturday if it's granted)

There was a poster at The Maccabees gig last month saying they were playing so it'll be strange if they're not announced tomorrow.

Yeah, I remember reading about that actually, hopefully a couple more as not a Maccabees fan! Guessing we'll find out tomorrow!

Don't think they were ever Sunday. Their clash with Ezra and Jungle is a right pain in the arse for me tbh 

 

I might be being daft but I can't see Idlewild on the Saturday, maybe moved to the Sunday?

 

Devastated at that one, the communication by both the festival and the band has been poor.

 

To me it seems we've still got another main stage band and another tuts band still to come. Whoever just edited the clashfinder has the days music down as starting 2 hours later than last year which can't be right.

The Maccabees clashing with Alt-J and The Libertines would be very strange so maybe below The Proclaimers yeah, although I think they're bigger than that now.

On TITP website, in the essentials section, it's listed as Arena Entertainment ending at midnight on Saturday this year

No bother.

Kinda stupid having avicci there then now is it not?

Thought the whole idea of having those edm dj mugs on last was because of the late license.
