Well last year was just Arctic Monkeys but for 2013 they announced Mumford & Sons and Rihanna before tickets went on sale, as well as a few other bands. The Script, Alt-J, Paloma Faith, Of Monsters & Men, Jake Bugg and a couple of others iirc.

Hope they announce a shed load..

Kasabian,the enemy,madness,Prodigy,fatboy slim,happy Mondays,the quo,erasure,MIAthe specials,bootleg Beatles,noasis,Jon Mancini,orbital,pink,NGHFB,and deadmau5

:)

Deadmau5 is meant to be touring next year and he's not played since 2012 so he's an option, not sure apart from that.

David guetta too, with his new album.

I think that Kasabian, Florence and Kings of Leon have possibilities to headline. I hope Strokes touring this summer.

Probably been spoke about already but i'm not writing off Foo fighters just yet. They have a week in between gigs in Canada and US. I wouldn't expect their announcement until Feb/March though

if they've booked them T have probably done some top notch negotiation.

Making them come back to the UK in the middle of their US tour.

Could happen I guess. Would probably be good fun on the night, but not the most popular of announcements here. Probably shift a lot of tickets too

Aye, thought that myself, would be panned on here, but always sells a bucket load everytime he tours. As you said pretty much would give a drunken singalong on the night. Probably more likely to do his own shows over here like, but never seen him taking top billing spots at Euro fests before

Went to see Mastodon at the Academy tonight. Absolutely incredible live band. And at the end they said "maybe we'll see you in the summer..."

In my mind this means they're definitely 100% playing TITP. I can dream...

As well as the headliners being amazing, also enjoyed Simon Neil coming on stage, looking pretty drunk, and singing a song with the opening band.
