kingcrawler
New Imagine Dragons out in February, suppose they're another who could be back again.
Lor1
Not that bold a prediction considering they're no bigger than when they played R1 stage. He played this year. He's also got a few gigs that weekend. Good,he's shite.

Rose-Colored Boy
He played this year. He's also got a few gigs that weekend. He'd also never play the Radio 1 stage in a gazillion years..

Was also gonna post this, tempted to say they won't be there now Ed Sheerans at Wembley all that weekend, so no chance thankfully, don't really see many that were here this year being back tbh. Agreed with The Strokes being there but not headlining, times past on them doing that spot

Agreed with The Strokes being there but not headlining, times past on them doing that spot Yeah Murrayfield seems a bit of a strange place to say if they aren't going to play there. If they had just said Wembley then they could just mean stadiums in general as it's the first one you'd think of (or at least one of the first), but you wouldn't talk about wanting to play stadiums and then reel off Murrayfield as an example. Gutted if they aren't headlining. But if they do murrayfield that would soften the blow.
Chiefski
It's probably about time that they stepped up to stadiums to be fair, gets them of the festival loop as much, they probably know Murrayfield by supporting Oasis there too, if they arent at T, I'd probably put Noel Gallagher down to be one of the headliners. On another note, The Jesus and Mary Chain announced for that portugese fest around the same week as T so a small possibility that one could happen. DomDom1984
How about Tom Odell for a mid-main stage slot or something? He was excellent at Festival No. 6 this year, and is about.
SilverLining
Previous posts keep referring to late licence. Have DF actually been granted a licence for the new venue ? I've not seen it anywhere as well just speculation i'd assumed.
Jackbhoy
Any chance of The Killers/Eminem headlining?
dentalplan
The Killers are on a break (and only played last year!) while they all do other stuff. If Eminem didn't play this year then I don't think he will for a while. Can anyone remind me why was it that a lot of people thought Eminem was gonna play (before that Wembley gig was announced) this year? SilverLining
Jesus & Mary Chain headlining BBK Live around the time, I'd say a good shout now for TITP.
Lor1
Yeah Avicii's been massively popular ever since Wake Me Up but he's definetely not where Calvin Harris was in 2013. Am going to throw deadmau5 in there for either a headliner for radio 1 or after the headliner on the main.
DomDom1984
Was thinking of these places. The Temper Trap - Middle of a King Tuts day. The Enemy - Similar to their 2012 slot. Enter Shikari - Subbing King Tuts. George Ezra - Early to middle of the Main Stage day. Rita Ora - Similar to her 2013 slot. 5 Seconds of Summer - Middle of a King Tuts day, similar to The Wanted in 2012. Marina and the Diamonds - high on Radio 1, but not headlining. I was thinking with Fall Out Boy going more and more pop too that now more than ever, they could do a T in the Park slot. Probably about third from top. DiegosLeftHand
Are 5 Seconds of Summer not playing the Hydro? They're shit and I dunno how they're popular, but doubt they'd be middle of the day on tuts if they're playing arenas.
DomDom1984
The Wanted did a pretty long arena tour in 2012 and did the middle of King Tuts that year too.
harryomatic
Chemical Brothers playing in France the weekend before T.http://www.efestivals.co.uk/news/14/141218f.shtml More and more dates getting announced before TITP, could be in luck! dentalplan
Very good chance I'd say. With them often putting dance acts aganst the two or three bands they have headline then the list of names they can book for that is pretty small. Chemical Brothers would be top of that list though I imagine.
eFestivals
Neil has info that he's headlining Latitude, so i can't see him doing both (especially as he only subbed T this year)I'm not certain of that info. I merely said that someone has said he is.
kingcrawler
Twin Atlantic are doing The Hydro next year, can see them getting a big slot.
DomDom1984
I honestly don't think they deserve much bigger than they got this year. High on Radio 1 would make sense for them though.
