florence, libs and the prodigy surely too weak even based on recent years?

You think the prodigy are weak??

One of the best acts I've seen at titp, easily.

What a festival band is all about,if that bawbag harris can headline last year then the prodigy can do it this year.

yep, for a specific reason.

Murrayfield/Hampden gig?

The Script will play. I've been firing that line out for absolutely ages and I'm sticking with it. I'm even worried they're the headliner I'm not predicting yet.

Just announced for Rock Werchter recently, seems likely.

The Prodigy headlined in the 90s I think.

Headlined 98, perennial second stage headliners since then

If kasabian aren't there could Noel G headline???

Probably.

Friday:

Florence and the Machine

The Script

The Chemical Brothers

Saturday:

The Prodigy

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds

alt-J

Sunday:

The Libertines

The Vaccines

David Guetta

Something like that, maybe?

Yeah, that's exactly what I've been thinking as well. As DomDom says it actually looks not too bad.

yup, won't be surprised if they bill Noel as a headliner as well, with the Prodigy being a dance act on later as they have a licence till 1am again.

They won't have Noel, The Prodigy and The Libertines as a set of headliners as it is too weak for all three of them to headliner

Nah what I meant was Florence, The Prodigy and Libertines will be the closing acts of each day but they'l bill Noel as a headliner under the prodigy.

Seen them twice last year and they get better every time.

A proper festival band.

I can understand why you and others like them and they are a decent live act. But I honestly don't get why someone who's seen them twice last year could want to see them again so soon. I'm not criticising you or anyone else but there's so many other bands out there who could headline T for a change.

Probably because they have a new album coming out in March. I seen them at Creamfields 2013 and Global Gathering 2014 and both times they were incredible, each set had something different to it as well (plus different setlist w/ some new songs) so it was still quite refreshing from the first time... and I'd absolutely go see them again for a 3rd year in a row as they'll have implemented more songs from the new album into their sets - so anyone saying they don't have anything new to offer, I recommend waiting til the new album is out before writing them off as weak headliners.

I think he was talking about Kasabian...
