To the Op if you're still checking in,had an idea,you say you're doing asian street food,how about doing a nice bowl of Vietnamese Pho,I've never seen any at a festival so you will be doing something original and its very tasty,You could do different ones apart from the traditional beef,prawn,veg etc,loads of fresh herbs in,lovely.
