I wish I knew! It's just a numbers game and blind luck I think.  The more devices / friends and family you have joining the queue, the more chances you have of a decent spot. I've not heard of anything more scientific than that unfortunately.

They did it in 2019 too IIRC. I was one of the mad people who decided to get tickets for both Huddersfield and Manchester (played virtually the same set list I think, but hey ho). Interestingly, standing at Manchester was about £20 more expansive than standing at Huddersfield which I found weird as I thought stadium shows were always more expensive than arenas 🤷🏻‍♂️

Surely they can do better than “pound shop” Springsteen 

Fontaines, Caribou and Wet Leg are all on Primavera Sound Porto, so I would not expect them at NOS Alive.
