deebeedoobee
We've just a few drops in Shepton Mallet from a lonely looking black cloud. Nothing really . Nope drier than a dry thing here in Pilton
Pinhead
I work on Queen Square so couldn't really be closer to the salamander wish I could join you in there for a cider pinhead! Fret not - soon we shall all be descending on the same bar for the eFests meet
Mr.Tease
no, still dry as a dry thing. Relax people, it will be ok. No offense, but is that you talking or big dog? Because until I hear it from big dogs dog-lips, I won't believe it!
pilton digger
That is the official view from his dog-ness, he is the brains of the organisation.
Pinhead
Likewise, since I changed jobs, all my work mates go to The Cork every lunchtime. A lesser pub than the Salamander. Mostly used to end up in Flan O'Briens after work when I worked in Parsonage Lane years ago...

Yesiamaduck
Friday still looks somewhat rubbish tbh... It looks tolerable though, standing in the rain isnt a big deal if you're prepared for it. A coat and shorts then you're fine! It's only a bastard when it affects the site in the longrun which doesn't look will happen at any point.
frostypaw
I didn't realise it was quite so slo-mo! We were halfway up the hill with the river from straight up pennards running around our sidewon't happen again thoughToday's runs look like an increase in the hit/miss type situation - only friday seems odd-on decent rain, and still looks more storms/showers rather than constant rain. a full-range glasto experience, as should be really
Mr.Tease
I am going to miss this thread when I'm actually at the festival. You know, I do like this moment on the efest boards, just before the festivals when all the tension and conflicts of the year start to melt away and get overtaken by peace, warmth and genuine good will to all posters

frostypaw
the river may happen but it will drain away at the bottom. Obviously not this yeari think you're right. as i remember the big river/flood was caused by build up against the fence where it caught it what with it being all metal and the trackway all round the edge. I'm sure they said it was at risk of collapsing the fence and causing a proper catastrophe as the rest went down like dominos, possibly taking the inner fence and any tents against it too in a nightmare crushing incidentSo they lifted the fence instead and.... the floodgates opened. Or that's what I was told anyhow
