Refunds from abroad

Hello people,

I am from the Netherlands and I got a ticket for this year's Glastonbury but unfortunately i can't go due to personal circumstances. Now i've tried to contact the helpline for a refund (just like they say on the website):

If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets on 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 9th 2014.

The thing is… I can't connect with that phone number, not with 0044 in front of it either. Tried it a couple times already over this week. Is there any other way I can contact the helpline and get a refund??

Hope someone can help me out with this.

You could probably email them or even contact the festival office for advice. I'm sure phoning them isn't the only option. Email them ASAP though because they might take a couple of days to reply!
