I've got a feeling that's the track (old fence) being layed which goes around the perimeter of the site where security roam.

I believe its both

I am under the impression that they lay out the road way first and have the fence lying flat on the ground beside it. Then when erecting it the simply follow the roadway

I had it down as being an outer fence or ring-road as well. The super-fence would be far taller and more noticeable.

In other news, a second side of the Pyramid has been skinned up today. You can't see it on the webcam sadly, but I guess we'll see them put the third side up tomorrow.

they did that area 10 days ago so not sure if you mean they have done it again.

When I was in the site office a few weeks ago, I noticed a big white board with a long list of things that will start happening in different areas of the site. I wasn't crafty enough to sneak a photo, but I do remember the first date on that board was May 26th, so I suspect we'll see a lot more activity from that point.
