I have no headliner on Friday or Saturday at present which I don't mind actually , but it's the depth everywhere else that's killing me, especially the Saturday. Want to see Jack whit and pixies but will prob end up seeing Goldfrapp! A Wailers into goldfrapp on west hoots and then early to naughtier corner sounds good to me

it's looking good apart from saturday headliners which are very bland across the board. One of those days where they've got all the acts im not interested in and put them all on at the same time. Jake bugg is a terrible other stage headliner

Maybe, this year will not be about the line up and the big stages. Could make the pyramid punters explore to see more of the festival itself.

Can't say I'm too surprised/impressed by many of the additions to what was already a decent line up (mainly waiting for the dance smaller stages)

I guess I knew most of them as they were TBC on here or had self confirmed. Do we know how many 'fresh' additions that weren't TBC have been added, roughly?

Surprised that Danny Brown is on at The Park! Looking forward to Jagwa Ma and Royal Blood!! Shame there's no Holy Bible set for the Manics there too

In summary, better all round quality and depth in the lineup but smaller names all round. I'm happy with that!

Disappointing second announcement for me, first announcement was a bit of a comfort blanket - plenty of interest but most i have seen before (including a large amount at G), only war on drugs standing out as a new addition. Confident that the full line up will provide plenty more to get excited about though.

I am a bit indifferent to it, can't figure out why really. There's quite a few must sees but the clashes amongst them kill me a bit. Hopefully it doesn't roll out like the current clash finder, just need a couple of spots to move. (Some won't like Metronomy/Arcade Fire/M.i.A usual Friday night cluster fuck )

Lower down the bill is very clash heavy for me. Not so concerned about most of the headliners. There'll be plenty to keep me occupied though. The depth of the line up is impressive.

First thought - headliners on the bigger stages are a bit meh.

Second thought - there's so much strength in depth and variety on that line up.

Every year, I list the bands I'd like to see before whittling down to "must sees". Previous record is 20. This year it's 28.

Once again, Glasto's line up drinks all other festival line ups beer, beats them in a fight, then shags their girlfriend. It's a winner.

For my money the worst line-up for a few years - the only Pyramid act I really want to see (War On Drugs) will be in a wasted afternoon slot.

The Other Stage is meh.

West Holts and The Park, and smaller stages, is where I'll be spending most of my time but even they're a bit tired.

Still can't wait though!

i was expecting day splits and quite a few more of the smaller stages to announce. Its now the 9th May and we only have as much as we had on the first lineup poster at the end of march for the 2013 festival!

I'm of a mixed opinions regarding the line up. Some superb acts in the day time, but no headliner has massively wow-ed me this year (no bad thing, happy to explore the other delights of the site).

Personal preference of music taste, I'm sure. But looking over the last few years Pyramid headliners (2009 Blur, 2010 Muse, 2011 Stevie Wonder/Coldplay, 2013 Rolling Stones), for me, it is a drop in calibre.

The only disappointing thing for me was that so little of the Silver Hayes lineup got announced last night.

Last year at this point I had 35 "want to see"s and 3 "must-see"s. This year it's 37 and 1. The "must-see"s being the reason I feel underwhelmed despite the fact there is actually more to see this year.

Another thing I noticed when adding that up: why is Friday always so strong?

I'm happy with the lineup. I went onto the clashfinder (yeah I know it will change) to get a feel for what I would like to see. I clicked on those that I would fancy seeing and there was no gaps on any day. I had stuff checked pretty much all day every day (Fri/Sat/Sun) plus quite a few clashes.

I'm also quite happy that there are no real 'must see' acts for me over the weekend but plenty of 'want to see' acts. This suits as I don't know my shifts yet so will not be gutted with a shift meaning I have to miss stuff I was desperate to see.

There's also stuff on that I have skipped for something else they clashed with in the past so it gives me a second bite at the cherry.
