Showers / Sinks

I know about the showers at kids feild but are there any rows of sinks?? Was camped in Pylond ground last year and it was just a tap is that the same at all the water points??

Yup all water points are taps

There are sinks near most of the toilets at campsites. Please don't wash your hair / have a full body wash / shave your legs (!) at sinks - it holds up the queue for people who just want to fill a water container / get a drink.

There are also showers in Greenpeace Field.

There's showers that you can also pay for if you really really want a bit of luxury. Look up zoo loos powder rooms, and there's some kind of sauna place although the name has escaped me but apparently you pay at the door for what you want (shower, sauna etc).

As said above, please please please do not try to shower/wash at the taps. It holds up the queue for everyone else and just creates a massive bog around the taps, much worse than it would be if people just used it for filling water bottles/containers.

I usually use the sinks for a quick wash of the face, to be honest i think people filling up massive water carriers takes as long! Im guessing by your comment about shaving legs that people actually do that?!
