Even if in ten years forum music days are reduced from 30 to 4 (exaggerating), you know which festival is going to keep them.   The rest of the events that take place there during the year combined don’t get close to ps in budget, overseas visitors or relevance.    In the end it’s the second largest event in the city (after Mobile World Congress) and the largest, by far, regarding music / entertainment. And we all know how subordinated city councils are to this sort of things in this country.
