From Castle Cary Train Station to Campervan field (East)

My other-half and I are in a van in the East camper van field. Due to her work schedule she won't be able to get to the festival until Thursday afternoon.

I would like to get to the site on Wednesday morning (so we are not too far away).

So the plan is for me to drive on Wednesday and for her to get the train to Castle Cary.

The question is: What is the best way togo about meeting up with her?

Do the busses drop people off anywhere near the camper van field entrance?

No, buses drop off at the Festival Bus Station (near Gate A). She'll need to go through Gate A into the site getting her wristband etc. on the way. You can then meet her on site - I suggest you either meet her on site just inside Gate A or, if she knows the site, pick a spot somewhere on site (a bar? a cafe?) to meet up. I'm assuming she won't be lugging much stuff if you've taken it down in the camper.

Do people in the CV fields have a different/extra wristband for access to the field?

If so, would this be an issue for her when getting her wristband at Gate A?
