What's the atmosphere like and how quickly does it fill up?

Camped there a few times, pretty chilled out and doesn't fill up too quickly so ideal for larger groups arriving late on Wednesday.

The hill is a bit of a killer though if you are right at the top !

Is it quite hilly to camp on then or are there some flat bits?

It's about as hilly as it can get. It's a bit flatter down towards the loos at the bottom. At the top the view cannot be beaten. It is a quiet enough field, mixture of all sorts with quite heading there for the quieter reputation (speaking to neighbours last year they almost all said they had researched online and that was the reason they'd chosen the field). It is a fair jaunt to get back to if you are on the north side of the site, but with most nights tending to end on the south of the site it's never so bad.

I would definitely camp there again, was my most pleasant, hassle free glastonbury camping ever.
