Indian.Summer
Hello all, This will be my 4th Glasto,I can't wait! My friend purchased a ticket but on the refund cut off date (she purchased insurance) decided she didn't want to go. She called up and cancelled her ticket. All her money, apart from the admin fee was refunded. Thing is her ticket still arrived in the post!!!!!!! My question is this, will she be able to pull a sneaky one and use the ticket if she decided to go? I can't remember if they scan your ticket, I can't see any bar codes on mine? She tried buying a car park ticket for a test, but it said she didn't have a ticket, I put mine in and it worked fine. Thanks peeps! Cheesey
I wonder if anyone will have the balls to try this next year to get in for free...
Indian.Summer
I'm sorry Dentalplan I'm new here I seem to have given your post some kind of minus points or somewhat! All I meant to do was try and reply to your post! Many thanks, I've read the post and it seems she may be okay. For sure I will make sure she makes some kind of decent donation to a charity there! Indian.Summer
I think this came up a few weeks ago and someone noted that when they scan it it says NOW CHECK PHOTO. A donation would be encouraged should she be successful.

Indian.Summer
Well she's decided she is not going! She is of a nervous disposition anyway and has booked a holiday instead. Apparently the mental case has thrown the ticket away (thinks someone has cursed her) Thank god she is not going!
miniand
Get round there and start emptying her bins... She could have given it to someone who would have made good use out of it. And to think I couldn't get a ticket in the sales, could you keep her away from an internet connection on the first Sunday in October this year please. blackred
This is the third post of a kind on here that I've seen, maybe See fucked up. Hopefully this could push for the barcode model which should help all those with lost/stolen tickets in future
