Meeting place near West car park?

This year, some of our party are heading to the festival from London and my group will be travelling down from the Midlands.

Plan is to head down Tuesday night and aim to get to the car park for around midnight.

I'm trying to think if there are any decent spots to meet up with them then convoy to the site on the road to the west car park but my memory is hazy. Am I right in thinking there's a supermarket somewhere along that road as well as a McDonald's not far from site?

It's left at the first roundabout as you come into Street on the A39, defiantly the best plac to meet others as you are doing IMO
